here’s another holiday sneak peek – what do you think about an offset collection for quick ordering and customization? We certainly will continue on with the letterpress, but many have requested an offset option for holiday greetings because they need a quick turnaround.

This design is for those wishing to announce a new arrival for the holidays – more, many more genres to come. Gosh I miss my babies (although they have turned out to be pretty cute kids too)!

let me say, it is SO great to be back – Stationery Show was AMAZING and we have a lot of orders we are working on fulfilling for our custom and new wholesale accounts. It was so great to see such amazing creative at the show too – one of my favorite parts about the show is the collection of everyone’s business cards. Beautiful printing, fabulous design and inspiring creativity leave little to be desired at NSS. It is like visual overload!

Business cards are such a great way to introduce your business as well as your personality. The cards below were client designed and I LOVED how, although simple, the waffle pattern really adds a great textural element to these cards.

Letterpress printed for Joe Martinez as a 3/2 letterpress printed card, these babies got the full treatment with multiple inks, blind impression and a fabulous edge paint. Printed on 220# Arturo paper with pantone matches and a CMYK edge paint match, I LOVE seeing client designs come to life on press from the original file designs.

While our primary business reflects our own design and printwork, we do work with client submitted files and can print them here in the studio. Get an estimate, we’d LOVE to work with you this summer – and stay tuned next week for some Stationery Show re-caps as well as more tradeshow tuesday notes and our latest printwork that we get to FINALLY launch (after working on it so hard this year)!

These cards were done for Laurel of Go Against The Grain who makes adorable party favors. Sleek and sophisticated, we already had her product and needed to establish a refined brand for her. Laurel has a variety of product she offers and wanted that conveyed in her branding, with a calligraphic touch. One of my employee’s Makayla worked with me on this design to develop three main images that could represent her goods and services. We wanted to match the typography so we had to get creative with the imagery so that they felt part of a whole cohesive piece. You can visit Go Against the Grain’s etsy shop as well as her blog A Good Build. Thanks Laurel for being SO awesome to work with, these turned out so great!

Bored one night, I thought I’d have some fun on Zazzle and become a shoe designer for a moment. Seeing that there just aren’t as many cute boys shoes out there I thought I’d do some mid-mod keds for the summer! Here’s what I came up with in a few hours.
