Allison, oh I’ve been there and want to help others (without all the exorbitant costs involved with consulting). I feel like you spend so much on the show, its hard to justify spending more on consulting. Glad you find the info helpful!

I exhibited at the National Stationery Show 3 years. I had beautiful hard walls made the last year I was there. They have a special locking mechanism that joins the panels with a key so you don’t have to pay union labor to put it together for you. It’s a 10×10 booth made up of 6 – 4×8 panels and 3 – 2×8 panels as well as the end pieces, so it’s fairly customizable as far as setup goes (you could assemble 2 walls and put the end pieces on them if you wanted to do a corner booth). I am no longer exhibiting and would like to sell the walls. I paid $3000 for them. I would like to sell them for $1500 (which is cheaper than buying the foam core walls) plus shipping, or pickup in Provo, Utah. I thought that there might be someone reading this post who could make use of them. I am happy to send pictures of the assembled booth if anyone is interested.
