These are new in the shop, and are great for cash or gift card gifts.

Sold as singles as well as an assorted set of 6 (one of each pattern) for those hard to buy for friends or family members.

They are fun to get cheeky with too!

By the way, did you know that photoshop CS5 won’t let you open an image with more than 50% of a United States dollar on it for counterfeit reasons?

It recognized my hammered out $20 bucks!

Go ahead and roll your eyes seeing that we haven’t even hit St. Payy’s day yet. But these little guys are plated and will be for sale in the shop for spring showers, tagging baby gifts, and decorating that beautiful Easter table! Which colorway should I print them in?

Monirose letterpress product tags

These letterpress tags were printed and shipped recently for Monica, an amazing seamstress. Calligraphy by Emilie Friday, we worked on branding options, and in the end went with just a simple and timeless layout emphasizing the calligraphy.

Letterpress printed product tags, 2.5×2.5″ with 1/4″ rounded corners, and 3/16″ hole punch. Printed with PMS match on press.

Ruby Cakes, start to finish

Late this summer Mindi contacted us regarding updating her business identity. She creates high-end confections that really are quite amazing. Attention to detail and only the best of ingredients used, we wanted to help refine her brand so it fit her target demographic better. Ruby Cakes has a lot of heritage behind it, with rubies being the birth stone, and Mindi’s royal ancestry it was only fitting to tie it all in together. She purchased a large branding package which consisted of extended rounds of design options, application to other pieces, and finally printing of those pieces via the letterpress process. Below are some of the versions we went through and as you can see, the progression to the final pieces.

These letterpress gift tags were so fun to print on the Heidelberg – I feel like with these I finally am getting there with good registration on 2 and 3 color work on that press. So I’ve had a couple of retail orders go out recently and these were some of the hot items that I printed a lot of. From the Animalia children’s and baby collection these gift tags are great for a baby shower gift or to adorn tea cups, prizes, napkins or whatever suits your fancy. Introducing:
